Drone flight rules

Unmanned aircraft operations in Indonesian airspace are governed by Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM 37 of 2020, issued on 2 June 2020 and in force from 8 June 2020. It replaced the earlier PM 180 of 2015.

Operation approvals are requested through SIDOPI-GO, the service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DJPU). Under the regulation, oversight covers among other things altitude and area as published by NOTAM, registration and airworthiness, operator certification, remote pilot certificates and security clearance from the relevant agencies.

Pesticide rules

Pesticides sold in Indonesia must be registered under Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 43 of 2019 on Pesticide Registration. We only use registered products and follow the label, including rate, protective equipment and pre harvest interval.

Our safety practice

  • Wind and weather check before every flight.
  • Buffer zones from homes, roads, livestock, ponds and water sources.
  • Protective equipment when mixing and loading.
  • Container rinsing and disposal as the label directs.

This business’s permits and documents (drone registration, pilot certificates, insurance) are not listed on this site yet. They will be shown with the quote.
