Drone Field Spraying Indonesia

Preparing your field before the spray drone arrives

A smooth flight day is usually decided a few days earlier.

1. Mark the boundaries

Send GPS points or a map file if you have one. If not, show us the pegs or bunds on the survey day. Clear boundaries keep spray off other people’s land.

2. List the obstacles

Power lines, tall trees, towers and huts in the middle of the field all matter. Modern drones have sensors, but a good route still starts with what the owner knows.

3. Have clean water ready

Muddy water blocks nozzles. Keep clean water near the take off point.

4. Tell the neighbours

Let adjoining owners know, especially anyone with fish ponds, bees or organic crops.
